📜 TERMS OF SERVICE — SWEET SPEED

1. General

The Sweet Speed online store (hereinafter: "store") is owned and operated by Acumulatra d.o.o. (hereinafter: "seller"). By accessing the website and ordering products, the buyer confirms that they are familiar with these terms and conditions and agree to them.

The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Registration and access to the website

The user is not required to create a user account to make a purchase. All information provided by the buyer when placing an order must be accurate and true.

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order if there is suspicion of abuse or false information.

3. Products and information

Product descriptions, photos, and other information are symbolic and informative in nature. The seller strives to provide the most accurate information possible, but minor discrepancies may occur.

As Sweet Speed products are food products, the use-by dates, ingredients, and allergens are also listed on the physical packaging, which is the definitive source of information.

4. Prices

All prices on the website are in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price valid at the time of placing the order is the price that applies.

5. Order

The order is confirmed when the buyer receives an email confirming receipt of the order.

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of:

  • incorrect buyer information,
  • unavailability of products,
  • suspicion of abuse or inability to deliver.

6. Payment methods

The store offers the following payment methods:

  • payment by credit/debit cards,
  • PayPal,
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available),
  • other methods listed at the end of the order.

All payment details are processed through secure payment providers (Stripe/PayPal). The seller does NOT store card details.

7. Delivery

Products are shipped within the time frame specified at the time of order. Delivery times depend on the delivery service and country of delivery.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service or incorrect customer information.

8. Withdrawal from the contract (right of return)

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia and the EU, the buyer does NOT have the right to withdraw from the purchase of opened or used food products. This includes chocolate and other Sweet Speed products, except for non-food products.

Returns are only possible in cases where:

  • the product is damaged upon receipt,
  • the product is incorrect,
  • the product has a manufacturing defect.

To make a complaint, the buyer must contact the seller within 48 hours of receipt.

9. Complaints and returns

In the event of damage, defect, or incorrect product, the buyer must send:

  • order number,
  • description of the problem,
  • photographic evidence.

After confirming the complaint, the seller will offer:

  • product replacement,
  • refund,
  • or credit note.

The seller does not accept returns of opened food products, except in the case of a proven defect.

10. Privacy and data protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the privacy policy published on the website.

The seller never discloses data to unauthorized third parties.

11. Limitation of liability

The seller is not liable for any:

  • technical problems with the use of the website,
  • malfunctions due to maintenance work,
  • incorrect information due to system errors,
  • delays on the part of delivery services.

The seller is not liable for the consequences of improper use of Sweet Speed products.

12. Prohibition of abuse

The user undertakes not to use the website for:

  • illegal activities,
  • attempts to hack into the website,
  • spreading harmful content,
  • false ordering or abuse of services.

The seller has the right to block the user or cancel the order.

13. Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The court in the seller's place of business has jurisdiction over all disputes.
